What are Unbiased and Pareto?
Unbiased is being built to represent the buyer of intelligence, not a single model provider. Pareto is its first model.
Broader comparison and routing capabilities are part of the longer-term plan, not features included in today's private beta.
Is Pareto right for every task?
No. The point of Unbiased is to say plainly when Pareto earns the work and when another model is a better fit.
Until the public evidence is complete, test Pareto on your own representative workload.
What can I buy today, and what happens after payment?
Access today is pay-as-you-go prepaid credits.
New beta accounts are reviewed and approved by hand before your API access turns on. Once you’re approved, you pick up your key on the platform when you set up your workload. Credits and billing live in your platform account. Onboarding is offered, not required.

How should I test Pareto?
Start with a real, representative workload and a clear success criterion. Compare quality, reliability, latency, tool behavior, and cost against the model you normally use.

How is Unbiased different from OpenRouter?
OpenRouter offers broad access to third-party models, provider routing, and fallbacks. Unbiased is starting with Pareto and a buyer-side thesis: determine which intelligence earns each workload and be honest when Pareto does not.
If you need a large model catalog or provider failover today, OpenRouter may be the right tool.
Can I access models other than Pareto?
Not in the current private beta. Multi-model access, comparison, and routing are part of the longer-term plan, not what today's access includes.
Buyers who need those capabilities now should use a product that already provides them.
How will Unbiased prove its claims?
The standard is reproducible tests, named models and versions, clear methods, blind review where judgment is subjective, and published losses as well as wins.
The public Pareto model card publishes the full seven-benchmark comparison, scores, per-task costs, and losses included, and the harness behind it is public, so you can rerun the numbers yourself.
What happens to my prompts and responses?
Prompt and response content can pass through Circuit & Chisel infrastructure to operate the service. The Data Policy explains current uses, security practices, and open retention questions.
The retention window for raw prompts and responses is not yet published; an applicable commitment will be disclosed before onboarding.
