Unbiased is built by Circuit & Chisel, a company building infrastructure for the agentic economy: payments, identity, and tooling for autonomous AI agents. Pareto is the first model available through Unbiased.
Founders
Circuit & Chisel was founded by Louis Amira and David Noël-Romas.
The people running the benchmarks, wiring the meters, and paying the API bills we publish are the same people running the company. We sell one of the products our numbers cover. That is a bias, and we would rather name it than pretend it away.

How we work
Every claim carries a source or a receipt. Our evaluation harness is public, with the pinned dependencies and configs behind the published numbers. Competitors get their honest best case, including when the honest answer is to use them instead of us. When we get something wrong, we correct the page and say so rather than quietly editing it.
