Is this ChatGPT?
No. Unbiased Chat is a separate product from Unbiased, and features differ. Unbiased is not affiliated with or endorsed by OpenAI. ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI.
How is it different from one model?
Pareto runs several models in parallel on every request and returns one answer. You never pick a model and nothing switches mid-conversation.
Is Chat private?
Chat is not zero data retention. Prompts and responses may be kept for up to 30 days for abuse prevention, security monitoring, debugging and product improvement, and saved conversations and Projects stay until you delete them. The Data Policy has the details.
Where do I use it?
At chat.unbiased.ai, signed in with your Unbiased account. Chat comes with Personal and Personal Max.
What can I buy today?
Personal is $10/month with 50M tokens a week and 20 requests per minute. Personal Max is $100/month with 600M tokens a week and 60 requests per minute. Team uses prepaid pay-as-you-go credits, with no weekly token cap and 300 requests per minute. Subscriptions are for one person and are not unlimited.
When can I start using the API?
Create or sign in to your platform account to choose a plan. New API accounts require manual approval before access turns on; payment does not mean instant access.
Which terms apply?
Plan selection does not itself authorize production use. Confirm commercial or production use in a separate written agreement with Unbiased before moving live traffic.
