Is Unbiased Chat zero data retention?
No. Unbiased Chat, Personal and Personal Max are not ZDR. Prompts and responses may be kept for up to 30 days for abuse prevention, security monitoring, debugging and product improvement, our staff may access them, and saved chats and Projects stay until you delete them.
Do you train on my data?
Never on ZDR traffic: the Terms say it will not be used to train, fine-tune or improve any model. Pay-as-you-go API content is not used for training without your explicit written consent. Subscription content (Personal, Personal Max, Chat) may be used for product improvement, as section 5(c) of the Terms describes.
Who can see my prompts?
On ZDR traffic, no one accesses content after inference. On pay-as-you-go API traffic, staff do not access content except with your explicit consent or as required by law. On subscriptions, staff may access content for the purposes listed in the Terms.
What about abuse and security logs?
ZDR traffic is not retained for abuse prevention or security review. Pay-as-you-go API traffic may be kept for abuse prevention and security monitoring for up to 30 days.
What does ZDR cost?
ZDR is arranged in an Order Form or written agreement. Published pay-as-you-go API rates are $0.80 input · $0.03 cached input · $3.20 output per million tokens.
What can I buy today?
Personal is $10/month with 50M tokens a week and 20 requests per minute. Personal Max is $100/month with 600M tokens a week and 60 requests per minute. Team uses prepaid pay-as-you-go credits, with no weekly token cap and 300 requests per minute. Subscriptions are for one person and are not unlimited.
When can I start using the API?
Create or sign in to your platform account to choose a plan. New API accounts require manual approval before access turns on; payment does not mean instant access.
Which terms apply?
Plan selection does not itself authorize production use. Confirm commercial or production use in a separate written agreement with Unbiased before moving live traffic.
